When Do You Need Estate Administration?

Estate Administrations are needed when someone dies without a will. We can assist a family member or someone in probating the estate or we can serve as administrators of an estate if there is no family who is in the state. An administration assists in devising property and dividing assets according to the probate code of Alabama.
